Initial Treatment
Your initial treatment is the most comprehensive service.  We cover all cracks and crevices, attic, baseboards, inner-wall treatments, perimeter spray, yard granulation and much more.  This service is designed to knock down or flush out unwanted pest.  This service will normally eliminate 70% of all pest on your property.  Infact when we treat your home for the first time it stirs up the pest so much, that you sometimes will see an increase for the next few days.  It's kind of like the equivelant of putting a smoke bomb in a room filled with people.  Everyone tries to run out.  Pest are the same way!

Quarterly
We will come back to your home 30-40 days later after your initial service and start your quarterly maintenance(every 3 months).  We need to be back to the home to eliminate breeding cycles of all pest.  Even if we knock down 100% of the pest, there are still egg sacs and larvae that could be in the walls, attic, or on the outside of the home.  We come make sure when the babies hatch, we eliminate them too!  Best part about your service with us, FREE RETREATS!  If you ever need us, call us and we will come back out and treat your home at no cost.  Your satisfaction is our goal.
